新款 Fit 2015 夏 1.0L VTEC (Turbo)

フィットをベースに車体を伸ばし広い空間と利便性を手にしたホンダ フィット シャトル、２０１１年にデビューを果たしたが去年、フィットのフルモデルチェンジを経てそろそろフィット シャトルのフルモデルチェンジではと思う人は多いかもしれない。
現在ホンダはフィットやヴィゼルに搭載したハイブリッドシステムのリコール問題などがあり、新型車を投入する予定が遅れているので年内の発売は難しく新型 フィット シャトルは２０１５年の夏頃に発売となると考えられる。
エンジンも1.5L自然吸気エンジンに代わり新開発の1.0L ３気筒の直噴 VTEC ターボエンジンが搭載される。これは現在欧州で主流となっているダウンサイジングエンジンの流行りにのる形であり、高い環境性能とパワーを両立するエンジンとなるだろう。
ハイブリッドモデルに関してはフィットのメカニズムが流用されることが考えられる。自然吸気1.5LのエンジンとDCT(デュアルクラッチトランスミッション)を組み合わせたホンダ独自の革新的なメカニズムで高次元の燃費性能を実現するだろう。
しかしホンダとしてもハイブリッドモデルが多少割高であることを懸念としているようで1.0Lのターボエンジンモデルの売れ行きなどを確認した上でラインナップに加えていくという話もあるようだ。
