新手1名有以下疑問?

RK 車高1815mm, 出入好多停車場都唔方便 (大部份車場1.8米)

如果想Low底架車等出入車場easy啲同埋換呔鈴, 齋換4條spring夠唔夠呢? 另外應該搞spring先定呔鈴先, 抑或啲呔鈴舖可以一條龍做晒兩樣呢?

請賜教!

Lower the car by spring is the cheapest way. There are quite a few options in the market.

I think it would be better to change wheels before lower the car.

Some auto shops can do both, e.g. top raxing (if you are getting their SSR wheels)

In Japan, RSR is a very common brand being use. Beside full set suspension, they also have spring set for lowering the car.

u can just change a low down spring kit...BUT doesn't mean u can free up 15mm for
1800mm carpark. Or u can change a height adjustable shocks to further lower ur car by say 65mm,80mm or even 100mm......but it will cause a tire wear problem.

if i were u , just park a car park w/ higher clearance. like hollywood plaza, APM, all newer mall should be ok.

My RK has changed to 18" rim and the car is now higher due to bigger tire diameter (215/45/18), now the car is higher than the stock car by around 30mm, maybe need to low down the car later

may i say:
1. changing tire + wheel WILL not increased/decreased a big portion...(basically KEEPING the same diameter)...so bigger wheel should come w/ thinner tire wall tire.

i don't know ur original RK size, so i don't know the new size.but u can chk this here,
enter ur old/new size....make the error less than 2%...best is 0%.

The stock size is 195/65-15 = 78.5 in

New size is 215/45-18 = 80.5"

The RK in the link is using 225/45-18 = 81.6 in , isn't it larger than mine?

and wrong aspect tire (60,55,50,45,40...) will make ur odo meter reading wrong.....as well as trip meter, xL/ xxxkm.....all wrong!!!! can't use this data to compare to others!!!
