問你個問題, 有冇辦法係server上可以強制delete file(我用過unlocker試過都唔得)

Unlocker doesn't work for core system files that are loaded by OS kernal. Or u don't have domain admin rights.

My suggestion:
1. Why u want to delete it ? Housekeeping or any special reason ?
2. Find out which/when source / program create them ?
3. Contact the supplier / vendor who provide such program
