For fuel saving, it works great on my Spada! It can drive 200km with 1/4 of tank. It can keep around 10.5L/100Km. I feel happy about this product.
For horse power improvement, I don't really care about this part but it really can improve a little bit.
BTW, I think I need to make this a little bit clear.
When I said that my Spada can drive 200km with 1/4 tank, that means the dash board meter SHOWS just use 1/4 of the total. It is because normally, when I drove 200km, the dash board meter will show almost near HALF of the tank (more then half tank).
I don't think it can run 800km/tank!
