most likely are the "problem" of brake pad.

But it very normal to have sound at low speed, not really need to change unless you found some serious problem.....(not just the sound.)

You may consider to change brake pad when
1) The pad is wore out. You can hear there is sound when you press on the brake at any speed. The sound is like some thing very rough rubbing on the brake disc.

2) The pad is getting hard after being over heated. You will find the car can hardly stop no matter how hard you press on the brake pedal.
