前港隊划艇女代表陳學殷涉嫌以性愛片段，勒索富商，案件原定今日開審，但辯方申請永久終止聆訊。

被告陳學殷涉嫌於今年5月，聲稱持有與富商X先生的性愛影片，勒索300萬元。控方指出，由於事主X先生中風    導致失憶，不能出庭要對壓力，所以決定不傳召他出庭，但仍會以被告的警誡錄影及環境證供審訊。

辯方律師質疑事主突然失憶及不出庭，對被告不公平，申請永久終止聆訊，法官押後明日裁決。
