1) for sure you can get replacement.

2) Honda's rear light is very easy to access. Just need to remove a few screw, then you can take the whole lamp down. Don't worry.

About the flat tyre kit, hahahahaha, I think you should join the club and see which member is living close by. Just call them up for help when you have a flat tyre......
