Did you get any browser installed?  eg. firefox.

I'm using firefox and don't have this problem.  Hope this can help.

Cliff, 1 more problem.  The description on the banner, if run in IE (I'm using IE7 to test), the background of the description is "solid" colour, that mean it will block the photo.  But if it run on firefox (I'm using portable firefox 18.0.1), the background is transparent and everything was fine.  Please help to check.

If you can download files directly from internet, you can download the firefox browser called "Portable firefox".  No need to install, just run the "exe" file after download then you can have another browser to use.  But certainly, lets wait for committee to fix the problem la.
