I asked the same question when I bought it. The boss said it's just a spare wire in case your original wire is broken. Just ignore it if you don't need it.

我都見過好多次，第一次一過咗杏加村 exit ，就見到遠處樹下有槍手埋伏，即刻 dup 到我鞠哂躬，個次之後就逢去到果個位都收到 50 先，確定無埋伏先俾油

果個位每次都好生意到排哂隊
