MR 999 is the number plate on a toyota IQ that once belongs to 葛民輝. Not sure whether he sold this car as the past 2 times i have seen this car it wasn't driven by him.

Also, i am sure MR999 is owned by him (not sure whether he sold it with the car though), and i have seen a few times MR999 on this toyota IQ.
