I don't think there is any problem with the phone, the small issues got blown out of proportion in the US.

It is still a very well made phone.

um...i use smart one now, but when i try facetime with my brother at home (both using the same Wifi network...) it doesn't work. Not sure why.

It seems to me that even if it is CSL, it only cost HK$3 to activate.
Not a big deal.
(i understand that say if we upgrade firmware or reset the phone they may have to charge this fee again, but come on, it is not $30 or $300, only HK$3....and i don't imagine you will pay more than HK$15 before you change to iphone 5).
