Yes, it's true you need to provide the original copy for transfer of NCB even they can easily check out from their network...it's dump...

I guess she meant not Cancel..she meant to transfer the 60% ncb from his subscribed insurance co. to the new insurance co. To do this, the old agent needs her to provide the original copy to do the cancellation.
