I used this soft99 wax before to polish....very good.

$30/can + $15 for the foam.....and a clean cloth to remove the wax.

I used Turtle - liquid wax to fix my scratch, on the bottle, it says the protection can last for 12 months.  You just use a wet cloth + a bit of liquid wax, rub the scratch in cycle motion until the scrath disappeared.
