【明報專訊】19歲已婚網上時裝店女東主，與網上結識同齡女網友欲合作開設時裝店，惟女網友缺乏資金，女東主遂提議賣淫，她則當「扯皮條」找客人。女東主不足一年內已獲佣金35萬元多，且以顧客對女網友服務不滿為由，3度向她勒索數萬元。女東主昨承認依靠他人賣淫為生、勒索及刑恐等5罪還押候判。

被告李美詩（19歲）報稱商人，沒有案底，昨穿直間恤衫、金啡色頭髮、紮馬尾，獲現男友到庭支持。她被控於2008年10月31日至09年6月18日，依靠程姓女子賣淫收入為生；另於09年2月14日、3月某日及6月某日，3度要求程女交出3至5萬元；她又於同年7月17日刑事恐嚇程。

藉口稱合辦時裝店

辯方求情稱，被告只有中二學歷，月入6,000多元。雖然她已婚，但丈夫卻另結新歡，兩人自去年6月起分居，現與拍拖4個月的25歲點心師傅男友同居，前日自行驗孕發現有個多月身孕。

辯方指被告犯案乃丈夫的主意，自知不對但因深愛他，遂按他指示去做，並與他分享所賺的佣金，被告更在錄取口供時流產。被告現坦白認罪、有悔意，認為對不起女事主，望能向她道歉，並承諾不會再犯案。

法官：唔判監彰顯唔到正義

署任主任裁判官陳錦昌直斥被告年紀輕輕，「行為邪惡程度令法庭感咋舌」，又指對案件感到非常驚訝及難以想像。另外，陳官指涉案金額龐大，且欺壓女事主，「唔判監彰顯唔到正義」，遂將被告還押至5月11日判刑，索取背景、更新中心及教導所報告。

案情透露，女事主於08年5月於網上認識被告，其後透露有意與被告開設時裝店，惟資金不足。被告遂建議她賣淫，同年10月起，被告負責於網上尋找顧客，交易後被告可獲分佣金。惟被告及後3度指女事主觸怒顧客、服務不佳而要求她賠償，否則會向事主家門潑顏料、騷擾家人、打她，甚至將她賣到淫窟，事主每次均聽從指令。女事主及後於警方的放蛇行動中被捕，被告之後致電警告她不得透露詳情。惟事主終向警方披露事件，被告被捕後警誡下承認控罪，承認從女事主收取約35萬元及為她安排顧客。
