F-16 and Mega Raizin are very different.

F-16 is a circuit board which will generate high frequency of pulse which to keep your battery to be running at the top condition.

While Mega Raizin contains a combination of capacitors which can swiftly releasing electricity to keep voltage stabilize. In additional, it has a voltage meter to show the running voltage and lowest voltage at start up for reviewing the condition of the battery.

You are damn right, I have both ....

With considering gas saving, I think both are about the same.

But if price is about the same, I will go for Mega Raizin (coz it has the voltage meter to show the lowest voltage.)
