飽受債務危機困擾的西班牙，除致力削減赤字外，亦設法增加收入。馬德里政府準備推出一項主要目標為中國和俄羅斯富豪的投資移民計劃，外國人只需投放最少十六萬歐羅在當地置業，便可獲得居留權，希望能重振疲弱不堪的地產市場。

        西班牙貿易大臣萊加斯周一表示，由於國民對房屋需求量持續呆滯，且沒有改善跡象，當局會在數周內修訂關於容許外國人在西班牙置業的法例，希望刺激地產市場需求量，降低房屋空置率。

        最少投放16萬歐羅

        他指，計劃以中國和俄羅斯富豪為主要目標，投資者人只需投放最少十六萬歐羅（約一百五十八萬港元）在當地置業，便可獲得西班牙居留權。

        首相拉霍伊表示，該計劃仍在商議當中，未有最後定案。但反對派人士批評，計劃只會惠及有錢買樓的富人，移民政策應該以勞工市場需要為基礎。

        資料顯示，○七年西班牙地產高峰期，在當地置業的外國人當中，一成七是英國人，但今年已下降至一成三；同時，俄羅斯買家及中國買家則持續增加。

卡樂B香港總代理指薯片無問題

　　日本食品生產商Calbee(卡樂B)宣布，回收「堅燒薯片」9種口味，共534.5萬包，懷疑在生產過程中混入玻璃碎片。

　　卡樂B的香港總代理四洲貿易表示，沒有在香港生產及入口這9款薯片。如果市民在市面買到，都不是由正常渠道入口。

　　四洲貿易強調，所有在香港生產的薯片都無問題，市民可以安心食用。
