Re-issue means give you a duplicate copy.....
If your policy (3rd person) hasnt expired, the insurance should have the record and you can ask them to give you another copy as you lost the original.....

They said they need ORIGINAL to cancel the policy. That's what they told me.
I guess she meant not Cancel..she meant to transfer the 60% ncb from his subscribed insurance co. to the new insurance co. To do this, the old agent needs her to provide the original copy to do the cancellation.

Ha ha, you should tell us earlier and can save time & money.......
As far as I know, if you have a insurance policy (either 3rd party or full) in company A, you want to switch to company B or whatever reasons. Just submit your application to company B and tell them you have a "still valid" policy in company A w/ 60% NCB. Company B will represent you to re-claim the NCB from company A AUTOMATICALLY.
You dont need to do so many stuff.....
And now, you should buy all of us "sugar water" next time for telling you these....
