In general, it is recommended 7-7.5j 48-52 offset for the spec for rims. The size of tyres is quite personal. 225/40/18 is not a bad choice.

18x8.5 ET55, may I know what model of wheel is that?

Its original rims of Subaru Sti.

Btw, I have just installed already at 精藝 today. It's so far perfect.

I got Much stronger steering (previously its quite loose)

Its perfect match with my rsr basic I suspension now, personally feel much more comfortable and 服好多 (previously 用16寸呔感覺好拋好long and 好林, 避震機同條林呔 好似 damping effect 一齊拋到暈船浪咁

Will update fuel consumption later and maybe possible to upload photos

good to know that there is no rubbing at the inner fender...have you tried to turn all the way both to left and to right?

It's a bit tricky here. Indeed, it was my concerns too.

With ET55 and 8.5J, they have a 3mm spacer install to avoid rubbering and suspension.
All the way right and left are checked.

Have a look.
